User Experience Update

A New Look

Posted by Checkbook on Jan 13, 2021

User experience has always been a primary focus for Checkbook. Since our founding, the idea that receiving money should be fast and easy has remained a core principle and as we've grown, so too has this ideal.

Starting Monday, Jan 18th 2021, Checkbook will be rolling out our latest recipient experience UI. These new templates were created to provide our customers and their recipient's with a clean and effortless design philosophy that many have come to expect of modern payment providers.

A Fully White-Labeled Experience

Of course, a new look for our recipient experience would not be complete without your logo. At Checkbook, we understand that our recipients are your recipients, and providing a page where your company can change the text, available deposit options, colors, logos, and more is as important to you as it is to your customers.

Improved Payment Tracking

Recipients will now be able to more easily track and view payment statuses in real-time. Recipients will be given accurate time estimates for payment methods like Mail and ACH Online Deposit. In cases where an ACH Payment fails recipients will be prompted to enter new bank information right from the status page.
